Growing rapidly since our founding year 2013, we have completed a series-A funding round led by Index Ventures. These funds are used to accelerate our international expansion. Originated in Belgium, we have successfully launched activities in the Benelux, UK and Nordics, and are about to enter additional markets across Europe.
Our 7 headed Customer Success team is responsible for client happiness: as soon as Silverfin is installed, the CSM team starts on-boarding and training users. Throughout the year, customer success managers regularly check in with our clients to make sure everything runs smoothly and follow up on incoming requests and questions regarding the platform.
As a client advisor you will be the single point of contact for Silverfin users who need support with and understanding of the platform. You will prioritize different requests coming in via our Silverfin communication tool and advise users on how to work most efficiently with Silverfin
You are the link between our clients and internal departments such as Development and Professional Services; which you will brief on issues and improvements. More concretely: you will become an expert of our Silverfin tool.
